In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Windom Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the St. James Saints.
The Eagles (14-7) will now prepare for their battle against Springfield (Springfield, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 5-17 record. In their last battle, Springfield went down by New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Saints encounter the Waseca Bluejays (Waseca, MN) in a Big South - East battle, on Monday, October 16. St. James will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Bluejays come into the battle with a 8-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN).
