The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 2-5. North Edgecombe lost 40-34 in their recent league battle against Southeast Halifax (Halifax, NC)

The Vikings now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to KIPP Pride for a Tar Roanoke 1A battle on Friday, October 18. Northwest Halifax will play a Pride team coming off a 44-22 league loss to Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC). The Pride record now stands at 3-4.
