In their next game, the Miners battle the Denver Christian Thunder (Denver, CO) in a 1A Frontier game, on Friday, October 18. Prospect Ridge Academy will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Thunder enter the game with a 1-5 record after their 36-30 league loss to Platte Canyon (Bailey, CO).

The Huskies (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Flatirons Academy (Westminster, CO). The Bison go into the 1A Frontier challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Flatirons Academy was edged by Forge Christian (Arvada, CO), 42-0, in a league challenge.
