In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Lockport Porters football squad scored a good 88-70 triumph over the Lincoln-Way East Griffins.
The Porters (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Warriors come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record.
Coming up next, the Griffins meet the Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 17. Lincoln-Way East will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Lancers come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 40-6 non-league win over Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL).
