The Chatfield Chargers felled the host Denver East Angels football team by a score of 20-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Chargers face the Denver South Ravens (Denver, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Chatfield will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Ravens go into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 46-16 non-league loss to Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO).
The Angels (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Arvada West (Arvada, CO). The Wildcats go into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Arvada West lost by Columbine (Littleton, CO), 13-12, in a non-league challenge.
