The Grafton Bearcats soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Brooke Bruins to 2 in the Bearcats non-league victory on Saturday.

The Bearcats now hold a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Buckhannon-Upshur for a Big Ten bout on Tuesday, October 15. Grafton will play a Buccaneers squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to University (Morgantown, WV). The Buccaneers record now stands at 6-11.

With the loss, Brooke moves to 5-10 on the year. The Bruins travel to Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, October 14.
