Minnesota High School Volleyball - Legacy Christian Academy can't get by Anoka

October 12, 2024: Anoka, MN 55303

Anoka Tornadoes (Anoka, MN) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Legacy Christian Academy Lions (Andover, MN), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Anoka advances its record to 19-6 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Blaine (Blaine, MN) to face the Bengals in a Northwest Suburban test on Saturday, October 12. The Bengals go into the test with a record of 9-14. Blaine won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Farmington (Farmington, MN)

The Lions now sport a 14-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nova Classical Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Legacy Christian Academy will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN). The Knights record now stands at 15-7.
