The St. Mary's Cardinals (O'Neill, NE) volleyball knocked off the host Anselmo-Merna Coyotes (Merna, NE), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 17-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasanton for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 12. St. Mary's will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Amherst (Amherst, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Anselmo-Merna drops to 11-11 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to Mullen (Mullen, NE) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 12. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 11-10. Mullen lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Sandhills/Thedford (Dunning, NE)
