Kentucky High School Volleyball - Bracken County tips Whitefield Academy

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Bracken County Polar Bears volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Whitefield Academy Wildcats.

The Polar Bears (12-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Daviess County (Owensboro, KY). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-17 record. In their last challenge, Daviess County was nudged by Apollo (Owensboro, KY), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats play the Kentucky Country Day Bearcats (Louisville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Whitefield Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 12-14 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 13-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Walden (Louisville, KY).
