The Valley View Blazers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Bryant Hornets to 0 in the Blazers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Blazers now possess a 17-8 record. They play next when they travel to Wynne for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 12. Valley View will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-0 league win over Southside (Batesville, AR). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 13-6.

With the loss, Bryant drops to 17-7 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Central (Little Rock, AR) to play the Tigers in a 6A Central outing on Saturday, October 12. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 17-3. Central won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Cabot (Cabot, AR)
