In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Forest Lake Rangers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Coon Rapids Cardinals.
The Rangers (10-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN). The White Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 19-5 record. In their last challenge, Mound-Westonka lost by Delano (Delano, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals play the Big Lake Hornets (Big Lake, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Coon Rapids will attempt to upgrade on its 0-19 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN).
