In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Fulton Pirates volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Farwell Eagles.

The Pirates (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Bullock Creek (Midland, MI). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 8-6 record. In their last challenge, Bullock Creek beat Shepherd (Shepherd, MI), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Evart Wildcats (Evart, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Farwell will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 3-1 league win over Northern Michigan Christian (McBain, MI).
