With the win, Humboldt improves its record to 20-8 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Osage (Osage, IA) to face the Green Devils in a test on Saturday, October 12. The Green Devils go into the test with a record of 14-11. Osage won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Crestwood (Cresco, IA)

The Go-Hawks now own a 16-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Waverly-Shell Rock will face a Knights squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Earlham (Earlham, IA). The Knights record now stands at 23-8.
