South Dakota High School Volleyball - Philip over McIntosh

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Philip Scotties (Philip, SD) and the host McIntosh Tigers (McIntosh, SD), observed Philip's volleyball team top McIntosh by a count of 2-0.

The Scotties (10-15) will now prepare for their contest against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers enter the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] was knocked off by Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Wolsey-Wessington Warbirds (Wolsey, SD) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 12. McIntosh will attempt to move on its 5-19 season record. The Warbirds enter the contest with a 16-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Warner (Warner, SD).
