In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting North Scott Lancers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks.

The Lancers (20-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Davenport North (Davenport, IA). The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 10-20 record. In their last challenge, Davenport North lost by Burlington (Burlington, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Golden Hawks play the West Liberty Comets (West Liberty, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 14. Mid-Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 26-7 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 22-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA).
