Colorado High School Volleyball - Swink over Sangre de Cristo

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Swink Lions volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Sangre de Cristo Thunderbirds.

The Lions (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Custer County (Westcliffe, CO). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Custer County beat Center (Center, CO), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Thunderbirds meet the Custer County Bobcats (Westcliffe, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Sangre de Cristo will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Crested Butte (Crested Butte, CO).
