In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host West Bend-Mallard Wolverines volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the West Hancock Eagles.

The Wolverines (15-8) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's (Remsen, IA). The Hawks enter the non-league challenge with a 7-16 record. In their last challenge, St. Mary's was beaten by Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. West Hancock will attempt to upgrade on its 1-25 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 7-19 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA).
