In Thursday's non-league match, the host Northwest Guilford Vikings football squad scored a good 40-24 victory over the Ragsdale Tigers.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 20. Northwest Guilford will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 68-14 non-league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
