The Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies held off the host Watkins Memorial Warriors volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Johnnies now have a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Amanda-Clearcreek for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 18. Johnstown-Monroe will confront a Aces team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Logan Elm (Circleville, OH). The Aces record now stands at 6-16.
