The Providence Catholic Celtics volleyball team (New Lenox, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL)

The Ramblers (26-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Resurrection (Chicago, IL). The Bandits enter the non-league challenge with a 7-25 record. In their last challenge, Resurrection defeated Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Celtics meet the Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 15. Providence Catholic will attempt to move on its 15-15 season record. The Griffins enter the challenge with a 26-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Lockport (Lockport, IL).
