The Albion Purple Eagles football team (Albion, NY), was beaten 28-14 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Lake Shore Eagles (Angola, NY)
The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Eden/North Collins (Eden, NY). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Eden/North Collins was beaten by Akron (Akron, NY), 20-0, in a league challenge.
The Purple Eagles now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Medina for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 20. Albion will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 48-26 league win over Newfane (Newfane, NY). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-0.
