The Ashland Blue Jays (Ashland, KS) football routed the host Ingalls Bulldogs (Ingalls, KS), 78-42 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Jays face the Chetopa Hornets (Chetopa, KS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 21. Ashland will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Hornets enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 52-39 non-league win over Centre (Lost Springs, KS).

The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their bout against Deerfield (Deerfield, KS). The Spartans enter the 6-Man South (6 Man) bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Deerfield walloped Rolla (Rolla, KS), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
