Oregon High School Football - Sweet Home crushed by Ashland

In Friday's non-league game, the Ashland Grizzlies (Ashland, OR) football team smashed the visiting Sweet Home Huskies (Sweet Home, OR), by a final score of 52-6.

The Grizzlies (4-3) will now prepare for their game against North Bend (North Bend, OR). The Bulldogs come into the 4A Special District 4 game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, North Bend overwhelmed Hidden Valley (Grants Pass, OR), 28-26, in a league game.

The Huskies now hold a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Stayton for a 4A Special District 3 game on Friday, October 20. Sweet Home will battle a Eagles team coming off a 44-14 league win over Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
