The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Troy Colts (Troy, MI) and the host Athens Red Hawks (Troy, MI), observed Troy's football squad defeat Athens by a count of 35-13.

The Colts now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Fraser for a non-league contest on Friday, October 20. Troy will encounter a Ramblers squad coming off a 59-0 non-league loss to Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI). The Ramblers record now stands at 3-5.
