The Gainesville Cardinals football team (Gainesville, VA), was ripped 42-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA)
The Bobcats (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA). The Yellowjackets come into the Western challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Osbourn Park was ripped by Freedom (South Riding, VA), 63-14, in a league challenge.
The Cardinals now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Osbourn for a Western challenge on Friday, October 20. Gainesville will meet a Eagles team coming off a 47-0 league loss to Patriot (Nokesville, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.
