In Friday's league match, the visiting Bayside Academy Admirals football squad scored a good 35-14 victory over the Orange Beach Makos.
In their next game, the Admirals clash with the Escambia County Blue Devils (Atmore, AL) in a 4A Region 1 match, on Friday, October 20. Bayside Academy will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 42-7 league loss to T.R. Miller (Brewton, AL).
The Makos (0-7) will now prepare for their match against Wilcox Central (Camden, AL). The Jaguars enter the 4A Region 1 match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Wilcox Central dropped by St. Michael Catholic (Fairhope, AL), 45-6, in a league match.
