The Bossier Bearkats football team (Bossier City, LA), was beaten 50-28 in Friday's league challenge with the host Washington Lions (Shreveport, LA)
The Lions (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwood (Shreveport, LA). The Falcons come into the 4A District 1 challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Northwood achieved victory over Minden (Minden, LA), 42-16, in a league challenge.
The Bearkats now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Woodlawn-Shreveport for a 4A District 1 challenge on Friday, October 20. Bossier will meet a Knights team coming off a 44-0 league loss to Huntington (Shreveport, LA). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.
