Virginia High School Football - Central Wise crushed by Union

Union Bears (Big Stone Gap, VA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Central Wise Warriors (Norton, VA), 48-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Union improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Abingdon (Abingdon, VA) to battle the Falcons in a Mountain test on Friday, October 27. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 4-3.

With the loss, Central Wise drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Warriors host Lee (Jonesville, VA) to battle the Generals in a Mountain test on Friday, October 20. The Generals come into the test with a record of 3-4. Lee lost 26-19 in their recent league test against Gate City (Gate City, VA)
