In Friday's league game, the Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) football team were victorious over the visiting Colonial Beach Drifters (Colonial Beach, VA), by a score of 27-12.
The Raiders (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Lancaster (Lancaster, VA). The Red Devils come into the Northern Neck game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Lancaster knocked off Westmoreland (Montross, VA), 14-12, in a league game.
The Drifters now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Essex for a Northern Neck game on Friday, October 20. Colonial Beach will battle a Trojans team coming off a 54-35 league win over Northumberland (Heathsville, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-0.
