North Carolina High School Football - Pasquotank County routed by Currituck County

The Pasquotank County Panthers football team (Elizabeth City, NC), was ripped 66-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC)

The Knights (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC). The Eagles come into the 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Northeastern trounced Manteo (Manteo, NC), 67-0, in a league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host First Flight for a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal challenge on Friday, October 20. Pasquotank County will meet a Nighthawks team coming off a 45-6 league loss to Holmes (Edenton, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 0-7.
