The Deer Creek Antlers (Edmond, OK) football routed the visiting Lawton Wolverines (Lawton, OK), 49-7 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Antlers face the Northwest Classen Knights (Oklahoma City, OK) in a 6A-II District 2 bout, on Thursday, October 19. Deer Creek will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 1-6 record after their 77-0 league loss to Choctaw (Choctaw, OK).

The Wolverines (2-6) will now prepare for their bout against Choctaw (Choctaw, OK). The Yellowjackets enter the 6A-II District 2 bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Choctaw walloped Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK), 77-0, in a league bout.
