The Oak Hill Academy Raiders football team (West Point, MS), was beaten 48-28 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting East Rankin Academy Patriots (Pelahatchie, MS)
The Patriots (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamar (Meridian, MS). The Raiders come into the MAIS 5A District 2 challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Lamar was beaten by Leake Academy (Madden, MS), 28-14, in a league challenge.
The Raiders now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lee Academy for a MAIS 4A District 1 challenge on Friday, October 20. Oak Hill Academy will meet a Colts team coming off a 35-14 league loss to Washington (Greenville, MS). The Colts record now stands at 5-4.
