The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils (Fork Union, VA) and the visiting Fredericksburg Christian Eagles (Fredericksburg, VA), observed Fork Union Military Academy's football squad defeat Fredericksburg Christian by a count of 42-22.

The Blue Devils now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Blue Ridge for a non-league contest on Saturday, October 28.

Coming up next, the Eagles encounter the Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 21. Fredericksburg Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Seahawks go into the contest with a 5-2 record after their 55-19 non-league loss to Blue Ridge (St. George, VA).
