In Friday's non-league match, the host Hancock Panthers football squad scored a close 28-22 victory over the Hundred Hornets.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Paden City Wildcats (Paden City, WV) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 19. Hancock will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
