In Friday's league match, the host McClave Cardinals football squad scored a close 20-18 victory over the Holly Wildcats.

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Springfield Longhorns (Springfield, CO) in a A-8 Ark Valley (8 Man) match, on Friday, October 20.
