In Friday's league match, the host Holston Cavaliers football squad scored a big 60-6 victory over the Northwood Panthers.

In their next game, the Cavaliers clash with the Johnson County Longhorns (Mountain City, TN) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 20. Holston will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Longhorns enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 12-3 league win over Chuckey-Doak (Afton, TN).
