California High School Football - Roosevelt victorious over Hoover

In Friday's league match, the host Roosevelt Rough Riders football squad scored a good 47-22 victory over the Hoover Patriots.

In their next game, the Rough Riders clash with the Sanger West Hornets (Fresno, CA) in a North Yosemite match, on Friday, October 20. Roosevelt will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 3-5 record after their 47-42 league loss to Fresno (Fresno, CA).

The Patriots (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Madera South (Madera, CA). The Stallions enter the North Yosemite match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Madera South was toppled by McLane (Fresno, CA), 49-0, in a league match.
