Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC), 48-7 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lake Norman Charter improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Knights host South Stanly (Norwood, NC) to confront the Rowdy Rebel Bulls in a non-league test on Friday, October 20. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls come into the test with a record of 4-4. South Stanly lost 42-12 in their recent league test against North Stanly (New London, NC)
With the loss, Union Academy drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Albemarle (Albemarle, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a 1A/2A Yadkin Valley test on Friday, October 20. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-5. Albemarle won 26-21 in their recent league test against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC)
