The Los Alamos Hilltoppers walloped the visiting Manzano Monarchs football team by a count of 48-9 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Los Alamos upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Valley (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Vikings in a 5A District 2/6 outing on Thursday, October 19. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 5-3. Valley won 53-0 in their recent league outing against Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM)

With the loss, Manzano moves to 1-7 on the season. The Monarchs host Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Knights in a 5A District 2/6 outing on Thursday, October 19. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 1-7. Del Norte lost 53-0 in their recent league outing against Valley (Albuquerque, NM)
