Kansas High School Football - Lyons routed by Southeast of Saline

The Lyons Lions football team (Lyons, KS), was ripped 60-7 in Friday's league challenge with the host Southeast of Saline Trojans (Gypsum, KS)

The Trojans (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, KS). The Bearcats come into the North Central AA challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Ellsworth trounced Halstead (Halstead, KS), 21-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Hillsboro for a Central Kansas challenge on Friday, October 20. Lyons will meet a Trojans team coming off a 43-22 non-league win over Smoky Valley (Lindsborg, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.
