The Smithson Valley Rangers football squad scored 62 points and restricted the visiting MacArthur Brahmas to 0 in the Rangers league victory on Friday.

The Rangers now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boerne-Champion for a 5A-1 Region III District 12 battle on Friday, October 20. Smithson Valley will play a Chargers squad coming off a 34-21 league loss to Wagner (San Antonio, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 6-1.
