South Dakota High School Football - Madison defeats Vermillion

In Friday's league match, the host Madison Bulldogs football squad scored a good 14-2 victory over the Vermillion Tanagers.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD) in a Dakota 12 match, on Thursday, October 19. Madison will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 2-6 record after their 55-23 league loss to Canton (Canton, SD).

The Tanagers (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD). The Broncs enter the Dakota 12 match with a 1-7 record. In their last match, Belle Fourche dropped by Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD), 42-6, in a league match.
