North Carolina High School Football - Millbrook knocks off Wakefield

October 13, 2023: Raleigh, NC 27614

The Millbrook Wildcats football squad scored 41 points and limited the host Wakefield Wolverines to 19 in the Wildcats league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Knightdale for a Northern 4A battle on Friday, October 20. Millbrook will play a Knights squad coming off a 67-0 league loss to Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 2-6.

Coming up next, the Wolverines play the Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) in a Northern 4A battle, on Friday, October 20. Wakefield will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Huskies go into the battle with a 3-5 record after their 23-21 league win over Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC).
