The Triangle Lake Lakers (Blachly, OR) football routed the visiting Mohawk Mustangs (Marcola, OR), 39-6 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Lakers face the Lewis Academy Watchmen (Newberg, OR) in a 1A Special District 2 - North (6 Man) bout, on Friday, October 20. Triangle Lake will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Watchmen enter the bout with a 1-6 record after their 34-31 league loss to McKenzie (Finn Rock, OR).
The Mustangs (1-5) will now prepare for their bout against Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR). The Bobcats enter the 1A Special District 1 (8 Man) bout with a 5-1 record.
