Colorado High School Football - Plateau Valley drops to Rangely

October 13, 2023: Rangely, CO 81648

In Friday's league game, the Rangely Panthers (Rangely, CO) football team knocked off the visiting Plateau Valley Cowboys (Collbran, CO), by a score of 62-40.

The Panthers (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Soroco (Oak Creek, CO). The Rams come into the A-8 League 2 (8 Man) game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Soroco was dropped by Vail Christian (Edwards, CO), 67-14, in a league game.

The Cowboys now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elbert for a non-league game on Saturday, October 21. Plateau Valley will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-12 league loss to Simla (Simla, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
