The De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA) football edged the visiting Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA), 20-18 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Dons face the Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA) in a bout, on Saturday, October 21. De Anza will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 34-0 non-league win over Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA).
The Pride (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against Hercules (Hercules, CA). The Titans enter the bout with a 0-5 record.
