The Westmont Warriors football team (Campbell, CA), was tipped 14-10 in Friday's league challenge with the host Overfelt Royals (San Jose, CA)
The Royals (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Leigh (San Jose, CA). The Longhorns come into the challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Leigh nipped Willow Glen (San Jose, CA), 31-14, in a league challenge.
The Warriors now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Pleasant for a challenge on Thursday, October 19. Westmont will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 54-13 league loss to Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-5.
