The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms volleyball team (Blooming Prairie, MN), went down 3-1 in Friday's league challenge with the host Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers (Waterville, MN)

The Buccaneers (19-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Triton (Dodge Center, MN). The Cobras enter the Gopher battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, Triton lost by Zumbrota-Mazeppa (Zumbrota, MN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Awesome Blossoms clash with the Medford Tigers (Medford, MN) in a Gopher battle, on Monday, October 16. Blooming Prairie will attempt to advance on its 4-16 season record.
