The Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL) volleyball tipped the visiting Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL), 2-1 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Dunlap upgrades its record to 18-8 on the year. The Eagles host Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Friday, October 13. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 14-14. Grant Community won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Round Lake (Round Lake, IL)
The Spartans now own a 17-12 record. They play next when they travel to Richmond-Burton for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 14. Sycamore will play a Rockets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 25-5.
