The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the St. Michael-Albertville Knights (Albertville, MN) and the host Farmington Tigers (Farmington, MN), saw St. Michael-Albertville's volleyball squad nip Farmington by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, St. Michael-Albertville upgrades its record to 15-9 on the year. The Knights host Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-15.
The Tigers now own a 10-11 record. They play next when they host Grand Meadow for a non-league bout on Friday, October 13. Farmington will play a Superlarks squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN). The Superlarks record now stands at 13-8.
